This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure directly in the Hotel.

Supplement double room for single use € 20,00 – 50,00 depending on season and availability.

• The bikemobil Card - which allows you to make full use of South Tyrol's Integrated Public Transport network on seven consecutive days.
  In addition, on one day of your choice during the expiry date of your bikemobil Card you may rent a bike (only once) at one of the bike rental points

We appreciate your understanding that your four-legged friends can be accommodated by prior arrangement only and in limited numbers. Daily rate € 15.00. Pets are not allowed in the rooms on the second floor.

• Arrival and departure: Reserved rooms are available from 16:00 o’clock. Departure until 10:00 o’clock.

Cancellation

• Free cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.
  Any down payments will be reimbursed by voucher.
• Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will
  be charged with 50 % of the total amount.
• Later cancellations and changes will be charged with 100% of the total amount.
  This also applies to no-shows or early departures.
